My limits on creativity

Logan loves the movie the "Incredibles" ever since we were the family for Halloween last year. He got a little figurine of Mr Incredible and has been pretending to have the monster that attacks him. So I went to Joannes and we tried to recreate this monster. Needless to say, my creativity knows no bounds.....or something like that. He doesn't care and have fun decorating the body and he is having a ball. That boy sure can entertain himself.
PS.....he got the toy for pooping on the toliet!!! Yeahh!!!! It's almost been a whole week without accidents!!!!!

Savin' some for later

We went to a beach birthday party the other day and Brielle managed to steal 2 cupcakes. She was looking at both of them in her hands and decided to smear them on her face in case she got hungry later. Good thing there were showers there!

I love this little smile she has!

Thanks grandma and grandpa for the fun shirts from Alaska!

Like mother like daughter

Logan's outfit today for chruch is an Uncle Ben outfit right down to the shoes. Ben, eat your heart out over his shoes.
Brielle's outfit is one of my old ones I was going to have her wear but then it turned out to be more like a long shirt....I must have been really short! Who is who is the pictures? We can tell who lives in Florida and who lived in Utah! I am pasty white

Mormon mover

Behold, the long awaited and exceedingly "whined for" van! The Land Rover finally got to a point last week that we felt it no longer met our reliability criteria so we sold it and bought this today. No easy task since bank bureaucracy is even worse than government bureaucracy (oh wait- doesn't the government own most banks now?), but it's ours. Kids are ecstatic about it, and Mom & Dad are deliriously overjoyed that kids can't poke/whine/cry/scream/pinch/kick/smack/gouge/bludgeon/beat/strike/batter as easily since they are no longer physically on top of each other. More room for any and all of you to come out and see us too!

Summer's over

A few pictures for the grandmas.....they don't know their grandkids don't change that much ;)

We had a ward party the other night and went on a cruise...this was us with the captain embarking on the ship.

Classic bath shots

Raegan is quite the fashion designer now. This is a shirt she made. It is even decorated on the back.

Quote

I was reading I am a Mother by Jane Clayson and she had this quote by Joseph F Smith that I really liked for some reason so I thought I'd share

"To do well those things which God ordained to be the common lot of all man-kind, is the truest greatness. To be a successful father or a successful mother is greater than to be a successful general or statesman."

Raegan's first day

Raegan started kindergarten today. She was very excited. She is most excited to ride the bus and eat school lunch. I hope she isn't disappointed when she finds out it isn't chocolate covered fries and candy. It is like the food mom cooks. Oh well, hopefully she won't learn too many naughty things on the bus.

This was Brielle while we waited.

Cute little stinker

Brielle's hair is long enough now to pull it back. She looked like a little 50's girl at church yesterday. I just had to post how cute she is! I wish I could freeze her right now, I think she is so funny and crazy.

All I want for Christmas is my two front teeth!

She lost another tooth tonight....

Grandma gave her some flowers to decorate her pants and she is quite the little fashion designer.

thunderstorm

We had the coolest thunderstorm today. Florida always has great lightning and thunder and today the rain was blowing sideways and the rumbles were great!!! I just had to take a video because I am so fascinated by these storms. You probably have to be here to appreciate it, but I thought I would try to capture it. The crazy thing is that we had to go to the church tonight for a meeting and those at my meeting didn't have rain or thunder.....we live a little ways out, but not that far away.

Last few days

THe big news today is that Raegan lost her top tooth....finally. She has been a little whiney that it hurts and she can't eat. I was happy to see it go since it had a cap on it from a cavity although that is just a lot of money down the drain now that I think of it. Oh well......
A few pictures before we left Utah. We were sad and happy to leave. It's hard leaving the comforts of my mom's house where she pampers me to come home and sweat to death the minute I walk out the door. It was fun while we were there and now look forward to Christmas ;)

This has been what it is like with Logan the last few weeks. I don't know if he misses his dad or that he really has issues, but he has been a little stinker (HUGE actually) the last few weeks. He will be lucky to make it to his 4th birthday the way he is going! One of the girls (including myself) just might turn on him soon!!!! Watch out buddy!

24th celebration

Utah celebrates the 24th of July as the day the pioneers came into the valley. Our family goes to Bear Lake and camps and plays in the water. This year we didn't camp because I had the flu but we did get to go up one day and play in the water. I even felt well enough to knee board and ride the jet skis although I about died when I got off I was so tired.
This is our annual volleyball game which is more of who can make the biggest fool out of themselves.

Raegan and Aunt Brittany made her into the little mermaid
Trying to paddle out of the shallow waters

Isn't she the cutest little skunk ever!

Lighting fireworks the last few nights

Busy few weeks

We have been busy the last few weeks. Our time here is winding down and I think we are ready to get back to Florida and get into a routine. We have had a lot of fun getting taken care of by grandmas.
This is the dinasour museum.

Watching a parade with Uncle Morgan and Aunt Brittany
Uncle Wade and the kids

Grandpa returning from his harley trip.
Grandma and the kids

We had a friend from England come and visit and we played tour guide to Temple Square with her.

We're finally Olympians! It's about time!

Jake and I got to go to the Olympic park in Park City and do all the events they do there. The first two pictures are of the ski jumps they used for the Olympics. There were girls practicing that day. It was amazing to watch how they jump out and lean forward. A lot braver than I am. The other one is practicing jumps and landing in water. They had lots of little kids jumping. It was fun to watch.

This is us going up on the chair lift to go down the zipline.

Getting hooked up for the zip line......

And away I go..........
I totally beat Jake that time!
We also got to experience the bobsled. It isn't on ice and the bobsled has wheels, but needless to say, I am glad I did it, but won't do it again. I thought my brain was going to come through my nose. Not a pleasant experience. This is after we have survived enough to take a picture with our driver.
A fun experience overall!!!
