Sad day for the Cubs

Yesterday for my birthday (I can't believe I am 31, that is officially in my 30's) we went to Tampa to watch the Cubs play. It was a lot of fun (for everyone but Jake, the Cubs lost). We were sitting on the 2nd level and the first thing Logan did was throw his sippy cup over the side and into the fans below. Luckily, it is was before the game had started and the people down below hadn't drank too much so we didn't need to protect Logan from some drunk fans. We had a few fights behind us which made for an exciting game. The rays stadium has a little tank that has real rays swimming around in it and the kids thought that was neat. Raegan was terrified to touch them and Logan couldn't keep his hands out.

Their favorite thing was the hotel pool. We should just start finding hotels with cool pools and spending the whole time there.

We also went to Tarpon Springs which is a small town that has a strong Greek influence. We had a great lunch and some really good desserts. We have been there before so we didn't do all the sightseeing, but found a great beach that is on the bay. No waves, great sand, beautiful water, definitely a place to go back to when Brielle is a little older.

Overall, it was a nice little vacation for a few days.
